The location was good as it provided easy access to various parts of the city by car. The room was big and clean. The staff was helpful especially in arranging for my airport transfer. Reception was available 24x7. There was good wi-fi that I could use in the room and in the lobby.

The apartments are very spacious & comfortable, check in process was quick, staff very responsive to guest's needs, location is decent & quiet, fuel station & departmental store next to the hotel

Room and Location are very good. Staff also very good. This time view from the room was not good. Last time the view was nice.

The Filipino at the reception was really nice and welcoming. Bedroom was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Service was great.
